1. Nature of the service
This service is an information service that automatically selects and displays stocks from public market data under fixed conditions.
The content of the service is not investment advisory, discretionary investment management, or a recommendation to buy or sell, and it is not a recommendation of any particular stock. The operator is not a financial investment business entity.
2. Investment decisions and responsibility
You are solely responsible for all investment decisions and their results, including losses.
Past signals or returns do not guarantee future performance. Before investing, you must check the original disclosures and sources yourself and make your own judgment.
3. Accuracy and timeliness of information
Data is collected from third-party sources such as FinanceDataReader, Naver Finance, and Yahoo Finance, and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. The operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data.
Figures may differ from the original source or other services because of adjusted prices, stock splits, trading halts, administrative-issue designations, one-time gains or losses, and similar factors. Intraday data is not used; only data confirmed after the market close is used. See the screening criteria page for the calculation criteria.
4. Automated calculation and its limits
The results of the service are calculated mechanically under fixed rules and do not take into account the circumstances of individual stocks or your investment objectives or risk tolerance. The explanatory sentences are also generated automatically by inserting figures into fixed sentences and contain no buy or sell opinions.
5. Changes to and suspension of the service
The operator may change the content, calculation criteria, or scope of the service, or suspend the service temporarily, without prior notice. Reasons may include maintenance, failure of a data source, and natural disasters.
This service is provided free of charge, and its continuity is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages you suffer from using or being unable to use this service.
However, this does not apply where the operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Third-party services, links, and advertising
This site may include links to external sites (such as source links) and advertising placed by third parties such as Google. The operator is not responsible for the content of external sites or advertising, or for any transactions or damages arising from them, and advertising is not a recommendation by the operator.
8. User obligations
You must not use automated collection (crawling), bulk requests, redistribution of data, or commercial resale. Any permitted scope is determined by separate written consent.
You must not interfere with the operation of the service or infringe the rights of others.
9. Intellectual property
Rights in the site's design, text, and structure belong to the operator, and copying without permission and commercial use are prohibited. Rights in third-party data belong to each provider.
10. Restricted information
Some information may be shown in a restricted form (for example, locked stocks), and the scope of what is provided may change. If a paid service is introduced, it will be announced in a separate clause.
11. Region of use
You must check for yourself whether use of this service is permitted under the laws of your country of residence, and use may be restricted in some regions.
Information on US stocks is provided for information only and is not a solicitation to invest in the United States.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms are changed, the change will be announced on the site and the effective date will be shown. For significant changes, your agreement may be requested again.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute will be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
